Terms of Use

These terms cover watching series on Telebang, at telebang.com and in Telebang's apps. Telebang is operated by Neo-2 Consulting Limited, Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, Canada ("Telebang", "we", "us").

By using Telebang or making an account you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use Telebang.

If you make series with Telebang Studio, the Studio Terms apply to that as well.

1. Who can use Telebang

Telebang is for adults. You must be 18 or older, and old enough to enter a contract where you live, to use it. Some series deal with mature themes.

You can browse and watch free episodes without an account. To buy coins, subscribe, or keep a list and your place in a series, you need an account.

2. Your account

Give an email address that is yours, and keep your password and sign-in links to yourself. You are responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us if you think someone else has got into it.

An account is for one person. You may not sell it or pass it on.

3. Coins and subscriptions

Some episodes are free. Others are locked, and can be unlocked with coins or watched with a subscription. Prices are shown before you pay, are in US dollars unless we say otherwise, and may not include taxes that apply where you live. Payments are handled by Stripe; we never see or store your full card number.

  • Coins are a way to unlock episodes on Telebang. They are not money: they have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for cash, and cannot be transferred to anyone else.
  • An episode you unlock with coins stays unlocked on your account for as long as Telebang offers that episode.
  • A subscription gives access to locked episodes for as long as it is active. It renews automatically at the end of each period, at the price then in effect, until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your account page; you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for.
  • We may change prices. A change to a subscription price applies from your next renewal, and we will tell you beforehand.

Purchases of coins and subscription periods that have started are not refundable, except where the law requires it or where something we were responsible for went wrong: for example, you were charged twice, or coins you paid for never arrived. Write to us and we will put it right.

If a payment is reversed or charged back, we may take back the coins or access it paid for.

4. The series

The series, episodes, artwork and everything else on Telebang belong to Telebang or to the producers who made them. You may watch them on Telebang for your own personal, non-commercial enjoyment. You may share links to them.

  • You may not download, copy, record, re-upload, sell or publicly show episodes, or get around the locks on them.
  • You may not use automated tools to collect content or data from Telebang, or use its content to train software.
  • You may not interfere with Telebang, try to get into parts of it you are not allowed into, or use it to break the law.

Many series on Telebang are made with the help of artificial intelligence: pictures, video, voices, music and sound may be generated. The stories are fiction. Any likeness to real people or events is unintended unless we say otherwise.

Series are added and removed over time, and we do not promise that a particular series or episode will stay available.

5. Closing an account

You can stop using Telebang at any time, and ask us to delete your account by writing to us.

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, is used for fraud, or puts Telebang or other people at risk. If we close an account for a reason that is not your fault, we will refund coins you bought and have not used.

6. What we are and are not responsible for

Telebang is provided as it is and as available. We work to keep it running and correct, but we do not promise that it will be uninterrupted, free of errors, or fit for a particular purpose. To the extent the law allows, we give no warranties beyond what these terms say.

To the extent the law allows, Neo-2 Consulting Limited and the people who work for it are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost profits, revenue, data or goodwill, and our total liability to you for everything connected with Telebang is limited to the greater of what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose and 50 Canadian dollars.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or takes away rights that consumer protection law gives you.

7. Changes to these terms

We may change these terms as Telebang changes. The date at the top shows the latest version. If a change matters to you, we will tell you on Telebang or by email before it takes effect. Carrying on using Telebang after that means you accept the change.

8. The law that applies

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Saskatchewan and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. Any dispute goes to the courts of Saskatchewan, sitting in Saskatoon. If you are a consumer, this does not take away any right the law of the place you live gives you and that cannot be waived by contract.

If a court finds part of these terms cannot be enforced, the rest still applies. If we do not enforce a term at some point, we may still enforce it later.
