Privacy Policy
Last updated 12 October 2026
This explains what personal information Telebang collects, why, and what you can do about it. It covers telebang.com, Telebang's apps and Telebang Studio. Telebang is operated by Neo-2 Consulting Limited, Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, Canada, which is responsible for your information under Canadian privacy law.
1. What we collect
When you watch:
- Your email address, and a protected (hashed) form of your password if you set one. If you sign in with Google, your name, email address and profile picture as Google gives them to us.
- What you do on Telebang: which episodes you start and how far you get, the series you save, the episodes you unlock, and your coin balance.
- Your purchases: what you bought, when, and for how much. Your card details go to Stripe, not to us.
- Technical details your device sends: IP address, browser and device type, and the pages you open.
When you ask to use Telebang Studio, or use it:
- What you give on the waitlist form: your name, email address, company, and what you make.
- Your name and email address, the workspaces you belong to, and your role in them.
- Everything you make or upload in the Studio: scripts, prompts, reference pictures, voices, video, music and finished episodes, with a record of who made or changed what.
- Your credit purchases and what your workspace has spent.
2. What we use it for
- To run Telebang: signing you in, remembering your place and your list, unlocking what you paid for, and generating what producers ask the Studio to make.
- To take payments, prevent fraud and keep accounts.
- To send messages you need: sign-in links, confirmations, receipts, and notices about your account or these policies.
- To understand how Telebang is used so we can improve it, and to decide which series to make and show.
- To keep Telebang secure and to meet our legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal information. We send marketing email only if you have agreed to it, and every such email lets you stop.
3. Who we share it with
We use other companies to run Telebang, and they handle information for us:
- Amazon Web Services: hosting, file storage and sending email.
- Stripe: payments.
- Mux: video streaming.
- PostHog: usage analytics, where it is switched on.
- Google: sign-in, if you choose it.
- Providers of artificial intelligence models, including Anthropic, Google, OpenAI and fal: when a producer generates something in the Studio, the script, prompt, reference pictures, voices or footage involved are sent to the provider that makes it.
Within a Studio workspace, the other members of that workspace can see its content and who made it. Telebang staff can open a workspace to help or to review a series; each visit is recorded and shown to the workspace.
We may also disclose information when the law requires it, to protect people or Telebang from harm, or as part of a sale or reorganisation of the business, in which case this policy continues to apply to it.
4. Where it is kept
Telebang runs on servers in the United States, and the companies above may handle information there or in other countries. Information held outside Canada is subject to the laws of the country it is in, including laws that let authorities there obtain it.
5. Cookies
We use cookies and similar storage in your browser to keep you signed in, to remember your place in an episode when you are not signed in, and, where analytics is switched on, to understand how Telebang is used. You can block cookies in your browser, but you will not be able to stay signed in.
6. How long we keep it
We keep your information while your account or workspace is open and for as long afterwards as we need it for the purposes above: for example, records of payments are kept as long as tax and accounting rules require. When we no longer need information, we delete it or make it anonymous.
7. Your choices
- You can ask what personal information we hold about you and for a copy of it.
- You can ask us to correct it.
- You can ask us to delete your account and the information that goes with it. We may keep what the law requires us to keep.
- You can withdraw consent you have given, such as for marketing email.
To do any of these, write to our privacy officer at hello@telebang.com. We will answer within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.
8. Security
We protect information with measures that fit how sensitive it is: connections are encrypted, access is limited to people who need it, and payment details are handled only by Stripe. No system is perfectly secure. If a breach creates a real risk of significant harm to you, we will tell you and the Privacy Commissioner.
9. Children
Telebang is for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has given us information, write to us and we will delete it.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version, and we will tell you about changes that matter before they take effect.
