Telebang Studio Terms
Last updated 12 October 2026
These terms cover Telebang Studio, the tool for making series, at studio.telebang.com. The Studio is operated by Neo-2 Consulting Limited, Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, Canada ("Telebang", "we", "us").
By using the Studio you agree to these terms, for yourself and, if you use it for a company or other organisation, for that organisation, which you confirm you are allowed to do. The Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information.
1. Getting in
The Studio is by invitation. We decide who is invited and may say no. You must be 18 or older.
You sign in with your email address. Keep your sign-in links to yourself; you are responsible for what is done under your sign-in.
2. Workspaces and your team
Your work lives in a workspace. Only its members can see it. An owner decides who the members are and what they can do, and is responsible for what they do there.
Telebang staff can open any workspace, to help you, to keep the Studio working, to review a series offered to Telebang, or to check that these terms are being kept. Each day a member of staff opens your workspace is recorded and shown on your Workspace page. We treat what is in your workspace as confidential and do not show it to other producers.
3. Credits and payment
Generating video, pictures, voices, music and sound costs credits. Credits are bought in advance, in US dollars, by card through Stripe; one dollar buys one dollar of credit. Prices may not include taxes that apply where you are.
- The cost of each generation depends on what is made and how long it is, and includes Telebang's charge on top of what the model costs us. It is taken from your workspace's balance as each item is made, and listed on your statement.
- You pay for what is generated whether or not you like the result. Results from these models vary, and trying again is a normal part of the work.
- When the balance reaches zero, generating stops until credit is added. Nothing already made is lost. A generation in progress when the balance runs out may take it slightly below zero; that is made up from the next credit added.
- Credit you have bought does not expire while your workspace is open. Credit is not money: it cannot be withdrawn or transferred, and is refunded only as set out below.
- Credit we give you, such as welcome credit, has no cash value and is never refunded.
- We may change what generating costs. A change applies to what you generate after it takes effect, not to what you have already made.
4. Refunds
If you ask within 14 days of buying credit, we will refund the part of that purchase you have not used, to the card you paid with. Used credit is not refunded. After 14 days, bought credit is not refundable, except where the law requires it or where something we were responsible for went wrong, such as being charged twice.
To ask for a refund, write to hello@telebang.com from the email address you sign in with. If a payment is reversed or charged back, we may remove the credit it paid for and pause generating in the workspace until it is settled.
5. Who owns what
What you bring to the Studio (scripts, pictures, voices, music, footage) stays yours. As between you and Telebang, what you make in the Studio is yours too: Telebang claims no ownership of your worlds, characters, series or episodes.
You give Telebang the permission it needs to run the Studio for you: to store, process, copy and display your material, and to send it to the model providers that generate from it. This lasts while the material is in the Studio.
The Studio itself, its design, its software and the Telebang name and marks belong to Telebang. These terms give you the right to use the Studio, nothing more.
The law on who owns material made by artificial intelligence is unsettled and differs between countries. We do not promise that what is generated can be protected by copyright, or that it is unlike anything made for someone else: the same models may produce similar results for other people.
6. Generated material
The Studio generates with models run by other companies, including Anthropic, Google, OpenAI and fal. What you ask for is sent to them, and their own rules about what may be generated apply as well as ours; a request may be refused or changed by a provider.
Generated material can be wrong, odd, or resemble existing work or real people. You are responsible for checking what you make before you publish it, and for telling your audience it was made with artificial intelligence where the law or a platform requires that.
7. What you may not do
You are responsible for what you make and upload. You may not use the Studio to make, upload or share:
- Anything that sexualises or exploits anyone under 18, or anyone who appears to be.
- A real person's face, body or voice without their permission, or anything meant to pass as a real person saying or doing what they did not.
- Material you do not have the right to use: someone else's copyrighted work, trademark, performance or likeness.
- Material that is unlawful, that defames, harasses or threatens, that promotes hatred of people for who they are, or that encourages violence or self-harm.
- Deception meant to cause harm: fraud, impersonation, false news, or interference with elections.
You also may not resell or share access to the Studio outside your workspace, try to get into other workspaces, get around credit or other limits, overload or probe the Studio, copy it, or use it to build a competing service.
We may remove material that breaks these rules, pause a workspace, and report unlawful material to the authorities.
8. Putting a series on Telebang
- Offering a series to Telebang is your choice. You can use the Studio without ever doing so.
- You confirm that you own the series or hold the rights to everything in it, that you can offer it to Telebang, and that showing it will not break the law or anyone else's rights.
- You keep ownership. You give Telebang a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to host, stream and show the series in Telebang's apps and website, and to use its title, artwork, descriptions and short clips to promote it and Telebang. You remain free to publish the series anywhere else.
- Telebang reviews each series first. Telebang may decline it, ask for changes, or take it off later, and decides which episodes are free and what viewers pay for the rest.
- The share of revenue you receive is agreed between you and Telebang in writing (email is enough) for each series before it goes live. Until that is agreed, the series is not put in front of paying viewers.
- You can take the series off Telebang at any time, from its page in the Studio. Telebang then stops offering it to viewers.
9. Changes and availability
The Studio is new and changes often. Features may be added, changed or removed, and models may be replaced as providers change them. The Studio and the providers behind it are sometimes unavailable. Keep your own copies of what matters to you: finished episodes can be downloaded from the Studio.
10. Ending
You can stop using the Studio at any time. Ask us and we will close your workspace and delete what is in it, other than records we must keep.
We may suspend or close a workspace that breaks these terms, whose payments are reversed, or that puts Telebang or other people at risk. If we close the Studio, or close your workspace for a reason that is not your fault, we will give you 30 days to download your finished work and will refund the credit you bought and have not used.
A series that is on Telebang when a workspace closes comes off Telebang as described above.
11. What we are and are not responsible for
Telebang is provided as it is and as available. We work to keep it running and correct, but we do not promise that it will be uninterrupted, free of errors, or fit for a particular purpose. To the extent the law allows, we give no warranties beyond what these terms say.
To the extent the law allows, Neo-2 Consulting Limited and the people who work for it are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost profits, revenue, data or goodwill, and our total liability to you for everything connected with Telebang is limited to the greater of what your workspace paid us in the three months before the claim arose and 100 Canadian dollars.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or takes away rights that consumer protection law gives you.
12. Claims about your material
If someone brings a claim against Telebang because of material you made, uploaded or published, or because you broke these terms, you will cover the reasonable costs and losses that result. We will tell you promptly about any such claim and let you take part in answering it.
13. Changes to these terms
We may change these terms. When a change matters, the Studio will ask you to read and agree to the new version before you carry on. The date at the top shows the latest version.
14. The law that applies
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Saskatchewan and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. Any dispute goes to the courts of Saskatchewan, sitting in Saskatoon. If you are a consumer, this does not take away any right the law of the place you live gives you and that cannot be waived by contract.
If a court finds part of these terms cannot be enforced, the rest still applies. If we do not enforce a term at some point, we may still enforce it later.
